act of uncertainty

Australia's 1984 Sex Discrimination Act is not worth the paper on which it is printed.

Sex discrimination legislation should grant women and men equal rights.

This act was enabled under a Constitution with no provision for women's legislatures.

Absent a women's jurisdiction at law it cannot even be tested.

It's a nonsense.

The only right Australian law grants women is the right to perpetual male supervision.
