The obvious solution is collective bargaining embedded in the nation’s Constitution with law enacted by agreement between a Senate and a House of Representatives.

Boards of Directors should be required to make decisions by agreement between women's and men's committees.

Diversity is achieved because if women and men achieve equality groups comprised of women and men achieve equality.

Since Federation women and men have replaced the Commonwealth and States as primary stakeholders with powers of review.

The Parliament of an equal rights republic would also make decisions by agreement between women's and men's legislatures and committees.
