Australia's government will ask the Australian Law Reform Commission to 'examine the inter-relationship of Federal and State laws that relate to the safety of women and their children'.

The States agreed to a Constitution at cause of violence against women and their children.

The Commission is gifted an opportunity to workshop an equal rights republic.
