Following the release of a Diversity on Boards of Directors report, Australia's Sex Discrimination Commissioner, Elizabeth Broderick "said it was time for approaches that will guarantee progress towards gender equality in the marketplace".

The obvious solution is collective bargaining embedded in the nationís Constitution with law enacted by agreement between a Senate and a House of Representatives.

Boards of Directors should be required to make decisions by agreement between women's and men's committees.

Diversity is achieved because if women and men achieve equality groups comprised of women and men achieve equality.

Since Federation women and men have replaced the Commonwealth and States as primary stakeholders with powers of review.

The Parliament of an equal rights republic would also make decisions by agreement between women's and men's legislatures and committees.
