Australia's paedophile-like Prime Minister

Torturing a child with confinement behind razor wire in an immigration detention centre is an act of violence not unlike paedophilia.

Since July 1999, Australian Prime Minister John Winston Howard and his Coalition colleagues have tortured 3899 children in immigration detention centres under the delusion that Australian citizens delivered a mandate for child abuse to secure border protection.

It is encumbent upon the Public Prosecutors of the States in which these atrociticies occurred to bring these child torturers to justice.

Failure to do so is a breach of the rule of law, a fatal flaw in Federation and an annulment of the Constitution of Australia for which the only rational remedy is a republic comprising women's and men's legislatures presided over by an executive of elders accompanied by courts of women's and men's jurisdictions.

John Winston Howard may be protected from Federal charges of child torture under the existing Constitution, but no such protection exists under a Republican Constitution, when Federal justice will be served.

Whereas, National Convenor of Australians for Constitutional Monarchy, David Flint claims the English Monarchy offers a critical check and balance to the Constitution, a safeguard supporting a paedophile-like Prime Minister is a safeguard Australians can do without.

John Winston Howard has torn the integrity of the Australian Constitution into tatters.
